Missouri governor refuses to grant clemency to mentally disabled death row killer as Pope Francis urges respect for 'sacredness of all human life'

Despite pleas from Pope Francis and numerous other advocates, Missouri Gov. Mike Parson declined to grant clemency on Monday to a mentally disabled death row inmate.
